Rave Reviews

“I was surprised at her integrity—something rare these days. I stuck with my decision, and she helped me negotiate the price down below the next best offer (that the seller could have fallen back to as a backup). I plan to purchase another house in a few months and definitely will ask for her help.”
Cam N.
“Our purchase experience buying a home in a different state was in 3 words: seamless, joyful, and exciting from start to finish. Cherie has a talent for clear and pleasant communication with all different parties throughout the process. Not a single moment of stress in this transaction which we know is very rare.”
Samantha M.
“I was looking for someone who stands for my best interest, is experienced, excellent in communication, professional, courteous... Cherie fits all and beyond. She carried herself in a calm demeanor, with no sales pressure, and patiently answered all of my questions. We are going to be in business for life.”

With our home purchase, she took care of so many small details and issues without having to involve us, removing a lot of stress and allowing us to focus on the excitement of our perfect home. “After the offer she negotiated was accepted, Cherie made the whole home buying process as simple and painless as possible. She kept me in the loop as to what was happening in the background and helped guide me... I can say with all sincerity that Cherie was by far, the best agent that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.”

“She exceeded every expectation. In addition to gaining $22k in closing credits, she was able to have the seller include a home warranty plan that we had not thought of. She was always available and paid attention to what our goals were.”

“She was amazingly supportive throughout the entire process and a top-notch, money-saving negotiator. She wasn’t afraid to ask for things that most sellers in that market would have refused. Cherie is definitely the realtor you want on your side.”

“As soon as I called her, she was so understanding and already seemed like a friend that wanted to help with my situation. Cherie was in contact with me almost every day, finding places and going to them to video chat. She goes above and beyond to get you what you’re looking for and needing.”
